Organique Turmeric and Honey Soap and Lip Balm Review

Toady i am going to review another product from the brand named " Organique " . I have already reviewed their Facial Cleanser For All Skin Types .

So , today i am going to review two of their products , Turmeric Honey Soap and Lip Balm . These are completely handmade and made from natural products . She ( Sandhya ) owner of Organique made this product in smaller batches so you will get fresh product every time. She also customise products as per your need .

So ,let's get straight to the review of it but first something about Brand  .

Review

Turmeric Honey Soap

Ingredients

Saponified oils of Extra Virgin Olive, Coconut, Castor, Shea Butter, Avocado, Sodium Hydroxide, Water, Raw Honey, Raw Turmeric

Price - Rs 250 for 100 gms

Packaging

The soap comes in wrapped in a butter paper . It has a paper label on it which has the name of brand and ingredients written on it . No information regarding manufacture date or shelf life written on it .

Colour , Texture and Fragrance

It comes in light yellow in colour which it gets from turmeric . Texture is so soft and creamy and uneven shape gives a feel of handmade . It has a fragrance of turmeric in it which is not that much over powering .

My Experience

I liked the texture of it and how it looks like handmade and add a vibes to it . It lathers well not very much but enough and creamy to clean your skin well .

Turmeric has antioxidants properties which works amazing for skin. 

Turmeric is one of my favourite skincare ingredients . And honey is ultimate ingredient in every skincare. Helps in breakouts , acne , moisturising skin and what not . Q magic ingredient itself . Combine both you have a amazing product .

It cleans my skin well . I have very dry body skin . It doesn't tripped all the moisture from it like other soaps. It just maintain the nourishment of skin . After a hard summer day in sweat and dirt , it really cleans your skin and leaves you fresh and nourished .

Shea Butter also has nourishing properties which really helps if have dry skin . It will work on oily body skin as well cause it got turmeric and honey which works amazing .

Final Verdict - I really like it as it doesn't dry my already dryer skin . It cleans it with maintaining the nourishment inside . So, it definitely worth a try if you love handmade soaps .

Lip Balm

Ingredients

cocoa butter, mango butter, avocado oil, castor oil, skinsafe mica

Price - Rs 150 for 10 gms

Packaging 

It comes in  a transparent jar packaging with a white screw cap . It has a double lid protection which is good . It has a label with brand name on it .

Colour , Consistency and Fragrance

It comes in pink colour which give me the impression that it is strawberry lip balm 😜 but no it's not. Consistency is just like another lip balm not thick or too runny . It has a fragrance of Strawberry i don't know why i am getting that fragrance but it must because of skin safe mica .

My Experience

I am a lip balm junkie . Whenever i see new lip balm or i have to pick anything i always end up getting lip balm  So , again there was no reason behind picking this up just my crazy love for lip balms .

I am using this lip balm for quite a time now . It is more of a tinted lip balm than colour lip balm . It also can wearable if you don't like your lip balm has colour as it has so little natural lip tint .

It gives lips a natural colour and look which everyone wants to have . If you have normal and dry lips , it will make them look nourished  . If you have chapped or extreme dry lips , exfoliate your lips before applying the lip balm  . It will helps your lips to absorb more nourishment from lip balm .

Cons

⚫ Doesn't work on chapped lips
⚫Jar packaging ( Can be con for some )

Final Verdict - A Natural lip balm which gives your lips Natural pink lips look  . Definitely gives this a try if you are looking for something natural for your lips with a tint .
