Omved Himalayan Rose Soap Review

Hope you all are enjoying the festival of love Valentine's day. I have introduced to you a completely natural brand named Omved. I have done a blog about Omved and first impressions of what I received. If you haven't checked it. Check it here .

So, today i am reviewing one of the products from them. Omved Himalayan Rose Soap -  Ananda Blissful.

Packaging -

It has a outer packaging of paper card. All the important information regarding soap written on it including manufacture date, price, ingredients, batch no and other things. Soap comes in sealed plastic. The best thing about packaging that it is recyclable.

What They Claim

Indulge in the pure luxury of bathing with a million roses. It takes 40,000 pounds of rose petals to distill just 1 pound of rose oil and we have infused this in Ananda rose soap - our 100% natural aromatherapy bath bar. The exotic aromatic extracts of Himalayan roses not only smell good but also help in gentle cleansing and toning of all skin types.

Our signature cold-process saponified, pure triple oil base of coconut, olive and castor, cleanses without stripping; skin-loving Aloe Vera tones while the retained pure plant-based glycerin lends to richer moisturising. This rose petal soap is hydrating, maintains pH balance and stimulates skin regeneration.

Ananda rose scented soap is good for all skin types, including sensitive skin and mature complexions.

Fragrance and Colour -

Soap bar is  baby pink /light pink in colour. It has a rose fragrance same as rose water. Very mild fragrance which helps in calm our senses as well.

Texture and Lather -

Soap has a waxy texture. When i take it my hand it was so smooth like wax. 

It has a rich creamy lather. I was surprised to see such lathering from a soap bar. No foamy or bubbles type lather. So creamy and smooth lather.

How to use it -

Take soap bar in wet hands and lather some product out of it. Now rub it on wet body it glides smoothly and make a rich creamy lather.

My experience -

I have almost used it now for up to 15 days. So i think it is right time to review for it. It has rich creamy and moisturising texture which is soft on skin and hard on dirt. It rich creamy texture glides smoothly. A little product enough for full body.

My body feels clean, fresh and moisturising after using it. If you have dry or extra dry skin you can't escape the body lotion. Or i would say no one should escape body lotion in the winter weather. Although sometimes i ignore it 😉 It doesn't dry my skin or leave any patchy or white layer on body .

Completely natural and cold pressed make it good for all skin types . If you are not someone who prefer face wash or cleanser on face you can give this a try . Doesn't dry and break your skin.

Soap care -

I put my soap bar in a soap box which has holes in it . So , it doesn't have any water and dries completely when i am not using it .This helps in preventing it from dirt and lasts longer .

Pros -

Final verdict - It rich creamy texture makes it perfect for a great bathing experience while cleaning your skin well . Good for face as well .Suitable for both men and women.
