Wintercare tips - Things to do in winter for your skin, body and hair

Winter has come and so does the problem for our skin, hair and  body cause cold hair makes your skin dry and your hair frizzy.

In winter our skin needs a extra bit of love and care. A little more nourishing and healing. 

Slight bit of change in your skin care routine and you you are ready to enjoy the winter season without any problems.



Skincare 

1. CTM
As we all know CTM is very important in our daily routine of skincare. It cleanse, nourished and gives your skin a perfect and healthy glow.

Cleansing --
Don't use hard cleanser to clean your face in winter. Use a mild cleanser or cleansing milk  according to your skin type to cleanse your skin. It will helps your skin to keep the moisture locked.

Tonning --
As we all know Tonning is really necessary for skin. But we tend to ignore it some time or another. Don't we? Guys don't skip Tonning cause it is really necessary to for your skin and it helps in close the open pores of our skin. So, if you are not using any tonner. Go grab a tonner suitable for your skin and give your skin a pamper they really need.

Moisturising -
Always use a good moisturizer according to your skin type. Use a oil free moisture cause it will moisturize your face well and won't clog your pores. Don't forget to use a sunscreen in winter as well cause sun rays effect our skin in winter as well.

2. Exfoliating
Exfoliating is a really important thing in skincare. Use a mild scrub according to your skin type to remove dead cell from your skin once or twice in a week. Hard scrub can damage your skin.Use can use homemade or natural scrub as well. Sugar is really good exfoliater of skin.

3. Lipcare --
Exfoliate your lips to remove chapped lips and use a good lip balm or lip butter to moisture your lips.Always keep your lips moisturized. When brushing your teeth use toothbrush to exfoliate your lips.

4. Bodycare --
Use a good and nourishing body lotion /bodycream or body butter according to your skin type to keep your skin nourished and fresh. You can also use a body mask or body scrub to exfoliate your body and remove all dead skin cell once in a week. Moisturing is the key.

5. Eyecare --
Use almond oil in the night under your eye area to remove dark circles and keep your under eye area fresh. Do it every single day for affective result. Always use a eye cream under your eye cause your under eye area are sensitive and they can easily dry and patchy with cold air.

6. Haircare --
We all love to shower with warm water in winters and so we tend wash our hair as well.
➡Never use warm water to wash your hair.
➡Don't tied wet hair. Let them completely dry
➡ Don't forget to oiling your hair once or twice in a week
➡ Give a hot oil massage to your hair once in a week
➡ Use a good hair mask once in a week or 10 days to nourish your hair
➡Show some extra love to your hair and use a hair protein cream in night

➡ Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated all the time
➡Take a balance diet of protein, vitamin and other nutrients
