DIY 3 Easy drinks to lose your belly fat

Who doesn't want to look slim?In today's world everybody wants to look slim and trim but there is a problem in there way... Time. Isn't. What if I told u not to be?



Today I am going to share with you guys two super easy and instant made hacks or health drinks which fulfill your wish of getting slimmer and get a perfect body.

1. Lemon honey water (In the morning in empty stomach) 

2. Mix spice tea (After heavy meal or in afternoon)  

3.  Cucumber juice (before going to bed)

➡Tip- Exercise is an essential part of your body routine. Don't skip that. Do atleast 15-20 min exercise or yoga daily and combine it with this health drinks will give you instant effect.

1 - For lemon honey water all you go need is - 

➡ 1 glass warm water
➡ 1/2 lemon juice
➡1 tbsp honey

That's it.

Take a glass of warm water.Add the juice of half a lemon into warm water.Add 1 tbsp of honey into It.Mix it well.Enjoy your lemon honey water.

➡Take this Lemon honey water in empty stomach for best results.

➡Tip- Don't drink tea or coffee for 1 hour after drinking lemon honey water.

➡Lemon helps in releasing acidic properties.
➡Honey keeps your stomach nourish and bind it good.

2 - For Mix spice tea all you gonna need is -
➡ 1cup water
➡ 1tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
➡ 1tbsp coriander seeds (dhaniya)
➡ 1tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)

Take 1 -1 tbsp of cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fennel seeds. Mix it in a bowl.Take a cup of water in a pan and start boiling it.Put  1tbsp of that spice mix into water and boil it for 5-6 min in medium flame. After boiling strain the tea in a cup. Enjoy your mix spice tea.

➡Tip -- Take all the three spices in equal portion, mix it and put it in a jar and use it when making spice tea.

➡Take this tea in afternoon or after a heavy meal.

3 - For Cucumber juice all you gonna need is - 

➡ 1 cucumber (peeled and cut)
➡ parsley (a bunch of them)
➡ 1 tbsp grated ginger 
➡ 1 tbsp lemon juice

Take a juicer or blender. Put cucumber, parsley,grated ginger and lemon juice in it. Strain it if using blender. Drink this juice before going to bed burn belly fat like crazy.

Tip- You can use 1 tbsp aloe vera juice in it as well.

It will helps on cooling your stomach down and improve your metabolism.Parsley will help in cleansing kidney and detox.

Enjoy this healthy drinks and get rid of that unwanted belly fat. Make your belly flat and flaunt your skin waist in your dresses.
